Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zwelzy Designs, we take immense pride in offering high-quality, hand‑checked jewellery that reflects both elegance and care. Each item undergoes a detailed quality inspection before dispatch to ensure our customers receive nothing less than perfection.

To maintain transparency and fairness, we follow a strict Exchange‑Only Policy, supported by pre‑dispatch confirmation to avoid order errors or uncertainty.


Order Confirmation Process

Before dispatching any order, our support team will confirm your purchase details via WhatsApp or email.
Once confirmed, the order is considered final — changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be entertained unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
This step ensures complete accuracy in your order design, color, and delivery details.


Refund Policy

Zwelzy Designs follows a no‑refund policy in most situations.
Refunds are only applicable in the following exceptional cases:

  • The product is out of stock and no suitable replacement is available.

  • The product qualifies for a verified exchange, but a replacement is not possible.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5–7 working days.
Please note that shipping or COD charges are non‑refundable.


Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, dislike of design, or color preferences.
Exchanges are allowed only if the product received is damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect upon delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

    • The video must show the parcel being opened from start to finish.

    • It must clearly display the damage or defect.

    • It must be unedited, continuous, and without any cuts or filters.

  • The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, tags, pouch/box, and accessories.

If your claim is approved, a replacement or a similar product of equal value will be shipped within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability.


How to Request an Exchange

  3. Attach the full unboxing video clearly showing the problem.

  4. Our team will verify your claim and respond within 24–48 working hours.

  5. If approved, we will process your exchange or replacement promptly.


Non‑Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • Raised after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Submitted without a valid unboxing video.

  • The product is damaged after delivery due to handling, perfume, water, or storage issues.

  • The product has been used, worn, or missing its original packaging/tags.

  • The order was cancelled after dispatch or returned without prior approval.


One‑Time Exchange Limit

Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Zwelzy Designs reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests after internal quality verification.
