At Zwelzy Designs, we are committed to delivering your jewellery quickly, securely, and with complete transparency. Below is our official shipping policy for domestic and international orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and pre‑dispatch verification (via WhatsApp or email).
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed on the next working day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹799 anywhere in India.

  • Orders below ₹799: Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru): 3–5 business days

    • Tier‑1 & Tier‑2 Cities: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC for reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Safe and economical delivery option (3–7 business days).

  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional charge; delivery within 2–4 days in most major cities.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

Potential Delays & Liability

Delivery times are estimates. Zwelzy Designs will not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues, customs clearance delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

  • High‑demand or festive periods (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, etc.).

Please double‑check your address before placing an order to avoid delivery issues.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In case of damaged deliveries, customers must provide a full unboxing video within 24 hours of receipt (as per our Exchange Policy).

  • For lost parcels, our team will assist you with courier claims and resolution.

  • Refunds or replacements will follow terms outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
